Shipping

All orders can either be picked up at our warehouse or be shipped to your destination.

For pickups:

• Orders can typically be ready for pickup within 2 to 3 business days
• Customers will receive an email about pickup details such as pickup location and hours.
• Customers pick up the orders with the order confirmation and photo ID.

 

For shipping:

• Customers will receive an email with carrier details and tracking number.
• Special receiving instructions will be provided for kayaks.
• Small items or items that are shipped from local warehouses usually take 3 to 5 business days.
• Larger items or items that are shipped from international warehouses usually take 3 to 6 weeks.
