Exchange and Return
All exchanges and returns must be notified within 14 days of delivery except for cookware and utensils.
- ONLY unopened/unused items are eligible for an exchange / return.
- Send us an email request. We will send you a return form and further instructions.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the returning items to our warehouse.
- Provide us with the tracking number once shipping is arranged.
- The exchange will be shipped out once the original purchased item is received and inspected.
- The return is refunded once the original purchased item is received, inspected, and approved.
Special policy applies to cookware and dinnerware.
Due to hygienic considerations, all cookware and dinnerware are NOT exchangable/refundable. The only condition for the exchange/refund is of manufacturing defect and unopened box.
