Exchange and Return

All exchanges and returns must be notified within 14 days of delivery.

• ONLY unopened/unused items are eligible for an exchange / return
• Send us an email.  We will send you a return form and further instructions
• Customers are responsible for shipping the returning items to our warehouse
• Provide us with the tracking number once shipping is arranged
• The exchange will be shipped out once the original purchased item is received and inspected.
• The return is refunded once the original purchased item is received, inspected, and approved.
